We provide simple route guides that can be worn whilst jogging or walking in all apartments/villas and our fitness club. This allows you to stay fit and healthy whilst enjoying the rustic natural surroundings of Koh Samui's virgin Coast.

Mountain bicycles are available at our resort for those wishing simply to explore the local surroundings or for those more adventurous wanting to tour the island whilst getting some healthy exercise in the process.

Swimming is the most complete kind of exercise known, using muscles which many people don’t even know about.

The many swimming pools at Elements Boutique Resort & Spa are all filtered using chlorine-free PuraPool© water filtering systems, to ensure you can enjoy your swimming experience without the hazards and problems associated with chemical systems.
